How Are The Packages Sent?

Every basket arrives in an Artisan Partnership branded box. Packages are sent with Hermes within the UK and with DPD for international orders. We will send you a tracking code so that you can follow its progress.

How long does it take?

Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom from our store. We are opening to Europe shortly though. Orders within the UK take between 2-3 days to arrive with you. 

What Happen If My Package Doesn’t Arrive?

We work very closely with our couriers to ensure we offer the best possible delivery options. If you experience a problem, please contact us and we will speak to the courier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
